Pharmaceutical Pumps

Pharmaceutical production requires clean handling, product purity, and safe transfer at every stage. Sensitive pharmaceutical fluids need pumps that reduce leakage risk, move liquids gently, and are easy to clean after use. Our sanitary diaphragm pumps meet these needs with a leak-resistant structure, low-shear transfer, and sanitary construction to handle liquid medicine, raw materials, and pharmaceutical intermediates. The production of active pharmaceutical ingredients often involves corrosive solvents, highly reactive substances, and high-viscosity fermentation broths. Constructed from 316L stainless steel and PTFE, sanitary diaphragm pumps can be polished to meet hygienic requirements while reducing the risk of leakage and cross-contamination. They are commonly used for transferring materials such as antibiotic fermentation broths, vitamin solutions, and other pharmaceutical intermediates.

During pharmaceutical production, waste liquids and residues also need controlled handling because they may be toxic, hazardous, or flammable. Diaphragm pumps transfer these materials through an enclosed structure, moving them between collection, treatment, and disposal processes while reducing direct exposure for operators and helping keep the surrounding environment safer.
